Please note that as we are technically called "brokers" in Washington, but most people still refer to us as "agents". I tend to use the two words interchangeably throughout my videos. Some brokers/agents are also REALTORS®, so I may use that term as well since I am a REALTOR®.🙂
I'm here to help first-time buyer and sellers (and those that haven't had a real estate transaction for quite a while) navigate the murky waters of buying and selling residential real estate in today's market. I'm the mom of 3 twenty-somethings and I want them to have someone there to help them when the time comes to buy their first home. With that in mind, my specialty is first-timers. A bit about me:
I am a full-time REALTOR® with John L. Scott Real Estate in Puyallup, WA. I focus mainly on the South Puget Sound area (Puyallup, Tacoma, Olympia, Lacey, Gig Harbor, and their surrounding areas). Although I am from Puget Sound area, I don't drink coffee but instead am fueled by Diet Coke! In my past career life, I worked in finance/investments as an investment performance analyst in Tacoma and Seattle. In that role, I enjoyed working with clients, so I wanted to take client service to the next level. What better career to do that than real estate where I am able to work closely with each client to help them meet their home buying and selling goals. My #1 priority is a happy client, and I will go out of my way to ensure my clients are happy with my service and their real estate experience.
