HOW TO USE ALIGN , TRIM , EXTEND, JOIN AND SPLIT COMMAND IN REVIT ARCHITECTURE

Align
Select the Align command from the Modify tab or type "AL" to open it.
Click on the element you want to use as the reference, such as a wall or line.
Click on the element you want to align to the reference.
The aligned element will snap to the reference.
Trim/Extend
Select the Trim/Extend command from the Modify tab or type "TR" to open it.
Select the elements you want to trim or extend.
For extending, select the boundary elements you want to extend to.
For trimming, select the elements you want to trim to.
The selected elements will be trimmed or extended accordingly.
Join
Select the elements you want to join, such as walls or lines.
On the Modify tab, click the Join Geometry command.
The selected elements will be joined into a single element.
Split
Select the element you want to split, such as a wall or line.
On the Modify tab, click the Split Element command or type "SL".
Click the point where you want to split the element.
The element will be split into two separate elements that can be edited independently.
