Hello everyone, this is the moment we’ve been waiting over five years for, and the proof just leaked inside the game files.
Genshin Impact is finally coming to Steam, and according to the latest data mines from the version 6.4 beta, it’s happening much sooner than you think. Today, we’re breaking down the hard evidence, the leaked files, and why HoYoverse is finally ditching their exclusivity deal to bring Teyvat to the world’s biggest PC platform.

But that’s all about to change.
A massive leak from KazusaLeaks has just confirmed that the version 6.4 client—which is currently in testing—is actively trying to load a file called steam_api64.dll. For those who aren't tech nerds, that is the literal "handshake" file that allows a game to talk to Steam’s servers.
