NOTE: I fluffed this build at the beginning a little because I wanted to build it without a repeater at first so I could illustrate why the repeater is necessary, but I built it a little too big and had to shrink it to get it functioning. For your build, you can go way bigger, but you need the repeaters in first if you do!
You might not know what a redstone clock is, but it's the basis of most complex redstone builds and lets you make repeating tasks really easily. If you want to learn to make cool redstone contraptions, or easy automated builds, making a redstone clock is a pretty basic part of the process and isn't too tough to get the hang of!
