Go to tools, then go to voice typing. There is a shortcut for this, it is ctrl + shift + S. Then a box with a microphone will show up. Click on the microphone and then speak, this will transcribe your words into text. You can change the language by clicking on the language box on the top of mic image. To stop recording, click on the microphone again.
