Adam is a student support worker at Liverpool John Moores University who enjoys being able to help improve disabled students' access to higher education. He works with a range of disabilities, both learning and physical and loves his job because he knows he is constantly there to help others reach not only their full potential, but also reach a level playing field with the rest of society.
Adam is a photographer too, and enjoys making a living out of being a student support worker to meaningful to accompany his own artistic activity. He has balanced his passions perfectly, and he recognises that Randstad has helped him do this by being communicative and versatile with him, his students and the university to make the whole process as smooth and effective as possible.
He shares his thoughts on how to be a good support worker - such as the need to be a people person and hard working with a love for education - and stresses the importance of his role in colleges and universities.
