Suspected Tanning Salon Voyeur Caught
Authorities have arrested and charged an 18-year-old Riverton Parke High School senior in a suspected case of video voyeurism inside a popular tanning salon.
Vermillion County sheriff's deputies took Matthew Haltom into custody Tuesday, and charged him with one count of voyeurism with a camera, a class-D felony.
