This Lorch 8mm came to me as part of a watchmakers estate. This is part 2 of the series where I prep a graver for cutting, load a 4mm steel rod and attempt some initial cuts.
I show my process of learning how to use a lathe as I do not have any training, formal or otherwise regarding the use of a watchmakers lathe.
