Experiment with oat milk and oatmeal bags 😱I stopped washing my face with gel
I did an experiment: I didn't use a cleanser for a week, washed my face with oat milk, and then wiped my skin with oatmeal bags in the evening.
Oat milk contains B vitamins, vitamin E, trace elements (sodium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, calcium), proteins, and organic acids.
An oat milk mask removes minor flaking, combats dryness, cleanses without overdrying the skin, and heals minor skin imperfections.
To make oat milk, you will need:
🌿 2 tablespoons of oatmeal,
🌿 a glass of warm water
Whisk the oatmeal with warm water and wipe your face in the morning instead of washing your face. You can also use it as a face mask (leave it on for 20 minutes and rinse).
Second option for using oatmeal:
You will need:
🌿 2 tablespoons of oatmeal. Oatmeal
🌿 Chamomile tea bag
🌿 A drop of lavender essential oil
🌿 Cheesecloth
Wrap dry oatmeal and a tea bag in cheesecloth. Tie to form a pouch. Place the pouch in hot water, let it sit for 2 minutes, then gently squeeze out the excess water and pat your face with the pouch for 10 minutes. It's great for calming down and relaxing facial muscles.
