You can get a Ryobi tool combo, with drills / drivers, saws, batteries - everything you need for about $200-300, and later use these tools to build more rig frames, and other construction!
All you need is six 2x2 x 42" balusters which cost $0.97 each & about 22 screws (3" or longer) for each frame.
