A terrible run that's only PB because the ones before it were even worse
Timing starts when the character is selected and ends when you perform a thok in Egg Rock Core Zone.
So this is an interesting thing I'm trying that I'm not sure has been done before, speedruns with HMS123311. It's a pretty fun experience that's completely different from playing the base game since you have to be on the lookout for opportunities to clip through geometry to save time. Egg Rock Zone, in particular, is completely trivialized by clipping through walls.
