Procedure: Marinated pork with soya sauce,pepper garlic and 1 tsp sugar
Sauté onion,garlic followed by the pork after 1 min add bitter gourd add seasoning and cover for about another 2 mins.Taste and serve while it's hot.Yum Yummy
