"Kampa Kamello" is a joking version of "Campa Cavallo", an Italian proverb: "Campa cavallo che l'erba cresce", that is to say literally "The horse must remain alive while grass is growing". This Italian saying (often abbreviated to just "campa cavallo") is used to comment upon empty promises, or situations where a favorable outcome is difficult or not forthcoming at best.
The song and the video are set in Ancient Egypt and a camel replaced the horse.
