Neuvillette summon... ritual? Sorta...
I had to win this 50/50 or I would have no chance to get Wriothesley, but I never thought it would be so easy (by my unlucky standards).
Here is the 'ritual':
1. First you removed everyone from the part and only leave Childe
2. Find the otter spot
3. Swim around for a bit until they gather around you
4. SUMMON!
