A short video tutorial on how to Loop a MIDI Object in MAGIX Music Maker (shown in MMM 2017).

I have been seeing a lot of people asking how to set a specific Loop length in MAGIX Music Maker, to make it easy to 'drag it out' afterward (so that it repeats), so I wanted to create a short Tutorial on how it looks using Trimming and the menu option for it [that took a while for me to find in the Manual]... Here are the steps involved:

1) Select your MIDI Object and drag the lower-right and lower-left corners to Trim the Object to the duration you would like, in the Arranger area.

2) Click on the Scissors tool above to "Cut" the Object at your desired endpoints (you can also hit the "T" key on your keyboard).

3) Click on the EDIT pull-down menu and navigate through OBJECT to LOOP RANGE and click on SET USER DEFINED LOOP.

Now you can merely drag out your MIDI Object and it will Loop that section....

I hope this helps everyone who wants to know!

**Note 1 (Samplitude Music Studio):

For Samplitude Music Studio, this also works the same way (Trimming, Cutting, etc).
The only difference is that after getting the MIDI Object to the duration ("size") you want, you go to the OBJECT pull-down menu, navigate through the EDIT category, selecting BUILD LOOP OBJECT.
In Samplitude Music Studio, you can also just right-click the Object itself and navigate through the EDIT category and select BUILD LOOP OBJECT.

**Note 2 (Created or Recorded MIDI):

For MIDI Recorded Objects, you may have to Drag/Trim the Object to the duration ("size") you want, then Copy the Object by clicking on the EDIT pull-down menu then navigating through the OBJECT category and selecting COPY OBJECTS.
Then, click on the EDIT pull-down menu again and navigate through the OBJECT category to select INSERT OBJECTS MULTIPLE TIMES.
This is because created/recorded MIDI Objects appear to be treated differently in MMM, as each Pasted/Inserted MIDI Object does not maintain any Trimming that was done, as can be seen if the Inserted/Repeated Objects are expanded (by dragging the lower corners of the Objects to increase the length of it).
Once I find out why this occurs, I will return here to include why this happens and if there is any other approach that can be done with this.
