I will show you the quickest way to uninstall Chrome in Ubuntu using the Terminal only. We head into Ubuntu and from there we open the terminal by pressing CTRL + ALT + T
Then we typ the command:
dpkg --list | grep google
We do this to see what the google software is called precisely
Most likely you will see that chrome is named google-chrome-stable if so then we typ the command:
sudo apt --purge remove google-chrome-stable
And google chrome is gone!
