Pokemon Black and White - Third Rival Battle With Cheren
After you head back into town and pick up the C-Gear from Makomo, you can finally leave to the northwest onto Route 3.
You don't make it very far before you'll run into Cheren again, and he wants to battle.
He will once again lead off with his starter, so you may want to lead off with your elemental monkey you picked up earlier. He still only follows up with his Choroneko, so the battle itself should be fairly easy, especially compared to the Gym Battle you faced earlier.
Afterward, Belle will arrive with another girl, and ask you to chase after Team Plasma, who've run off to a cave further west.
