Red Dead Redemption 2 is an action-adventure game created and published by Rockstar Games. It is the third title in the Red Dead series and a prequel to Red Dead Redemption. The game was released in October 2018 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and later in November 2019 for PC and Google Stadia. The plot takes place in 1899 in a fictional representation of the western, midwestern and southern United States, with Arthur Morgan as the protagonist, who must deal with the end of the Old West and survive the pursuit of government authorities, rival gangs and other adversaries.
