In this review, I'm going to take a look at a beer from the TrimTab Brewing Company, and it's their 006 IPA. This is an New England Double IPA that is brewed and double dry-hopped with Galaxy, Citra, Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin hops. I've heard great things about TrimTab, and this sounds right in my wheelhouse, so let's see what this one is all about! Let's see how it is! Commercial Description:
006 is a New England DIPA hopped with Galaxy, Citra, Simcoe + Nelson Sauvin Hops. This blend of American, New Zealand + Australian hops create a burst of flavors that can only be described as tropical juice, lemongrass fields, with a touch of danky goodness.
