Straight Citrix upgrade without uninstalling VDA in first place.
Yes, Windows 11 can be unpredictable, MECM always fails somewhere and definitely is not my favorite option. Always take snapshots as upgrade will fail unavoidably for unknown reason with some VMs. Adjust CLI to uninstall deprecated components like appdisk, yes can be done with the same upgrade process.
