Gates of Oblivion is the in game event, that involves the Blackwood Expansion Chapters (Blackwood, Deadlands, Fargrave, Flames of Ambition, Waking Flame)
PLAYERS MUST HAVE ACCESS TO THESE DLC's TO PARTICIPATE. EITHER BY PURCHASE OR ESO PLUS
Event Tickets can be acquired by completing Dailies in Blackwood or Deadlands, Rockgrove Trial Weekly Quest and Flames of Ambition and Waking Flame Dungeons.

Britta Silanus (World Boss)- Located in Leyawiin
Deadlands Dailies:
Luna Beriel (Delve)- Located in Fargrave
