Рыба рашпиль (Aluterus scriptus) или Расписной алутер, Расписной единорог, Тропическая осбекия — морская рыба семейства единороговых, самый крупный представитель этого семейства. Достигает в длину до 110 см. Тело плоское как фанера, поэтому максимальный вес—до 2,5 кг. Встречается в тропических, субтропических и умеренно-теплых водах всех океанов. Обитает как на внешнем, так и на лагунном склоне рифа, а также среди зарослей растительности.
На каждой чешуйке этой рыбы есть зубчик-шипик, из-за чего её назвали рыбарашпиль (это напильник с самой крупной насечкой для обработки мягких металлов или дерева). На спине рыба-рашпиль имеет рог, который выполняет функцию фиксатора. С помощью этого выроста, на котором также имеются зазубрины, рыбы могут надёжно закрепляться в укрытии в щелях коралловых рифов и спокойно спать без опасения, что их смоет течением. Кроме якоря для сна, рыбы с удовольствием расправляют свои достоинства в моменты возбуждения и проявления агрессии как предупреждающий сигнал для врагов.
Scrawled filefish (Aluterus scriptus) or Painted Aluterus, Painted Unicorn, Tropical Osbequia is a marine fish of the unicorn family, the largest representative of this family. Reaches a length of up to 110 cm. The body is flat like plywood, so the maximum weight is up to 2.5 kg. Found in tropical, subtropical and temperate-warm waters of all oceans. Inhabits both on the outer and lagoonal slope of the reef, as well as among thickets of vegetation.
Each scale of this fish has a spiky tooth on it, which is why it is called a rasp fish (it is the file with the largest notch for working soft metals or wood). On its back, the rasp fish has a horn that acts as a retainer. With the help of this outgrowth, which also has jagged edges, fish can securely anchor themselves in the shelter in the crevices of coral reefs and safely sleep without fear that they will be washed away by the current. In addition to anchoring for sleep, fish enjoy spreading their dignity in moments of excitement and aggression as a warning signal to enemies
