Human Exploration Animation Short
"Human Exploration" 2013.
Animated short film exploring the human species seemingly in-born need to explore the world and boundaries around us. Humans have explored the world around us from the earliest days pre-dating recorded history. We were nomadic as a species until the industrial revolution spawned civilizations and faster transportation was developed. Dropping the nomadic ways of living didn't stop us highly evolved apes from exploring. It made us look farther for new frontiers to discover. Never stop exploring!
This was a final project for a university computer graphics course while I was pursuing my B.A. degree. Terry Gilliam style cut-out animation was a huge inspiration for this project.
