STATE SERVICES: How to apply for, obtain, or change your compulsory medical insurance policy
How do I get a compulsory medical insurance policy through the public services portal? The main requirements are: a verified account on the gosuslugi.ru portal; and a completed online electronic signature. If such a signature is not available, the compulsory medical insurance policy application will not be available for signing.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING A POLICY APPLICATION:
1) Log in to the gosuslugi.ru portal using your personal account.
2) In the top menu, find the "SERVICES" tab and go to the list of all available services.
3) On the ALL SERVICES page, find the "MY HEALTH" section. Click it.
4) On the page that opens, at the very bottom, click the "Submitting an application to select a medical insurance company" link.
5) On the form submission page, click the "GET SERVICE" link on the right.
6) On the application page, fill out the form, provide your personal information, and select an insurance company. Next, click "PROCEED TO SIGNING THE FORM."
7) Wait for a message on the website to sign the application electronically.
8) After receiving the notification, sign the completed application with a qualified electronic signature.
9) Wait for notification that the insurance policy is ready.
10) After receiving notification that the policy is ready, go to the insurance company, taking your passport and SNILS with you.
