Calculate a monthly / fortnightly / quarterly / annual Mortgage Payment using Excel's PMT function
This video shows you exactly how to write a PMT function in Excel to calculate a monthly (or fortnightly, quarterly or annual) mortgage repayment.
It requires 3 variables - the amount borrowed, the fixed interest rate and the length of your loan. You can also choose whether to pay at the beginning or end of the period which affects the payment figure by a fraction.
