Google Chrome’s native screenshot editing tool is being removed

As spotted by Leopeva64 on Twitter, Chromium developers have decided that Chrome's screenshot editor isn't polished enough to ship it and might redesign it in the future, but for now they will remove the flags and the code related to this feature.
