Although macOS Sonoma now is very stable and has excellent software support, on Macs with 8GB of RAM or less, a downgrade to Monterey is required for better performance.
In this video, I'll show you the complete process to do the downgrade.
The computer I'm doing the downgrade on is a 15- inch 2019 MacBook Pro.
