Duty Calls: Raise the flag at the designated spot
Paige told me about some specialists which could help us with the experimental turrets in Vault 79. I should go signal them to show that I want to speak.

Duty Calls: Talk to the specialists
Paige told me about some specialists which could help us with the experimental turrets in Vault 79. The specialists have seen my signal, and invited me into their bunker to talk. Private Lucky, Sergeant Thompson, Sergeant Radcliff, and Captain Fields

Duty Calls: Enter RobCo Research Center
I talked to Captain Fields about the experimental turrets in Vault 79. and secured the aid of him and his troops. I just need to meet up with Sergeant Radcliff at RobCo Research Center to get some tools for the job.

Duty Calls: Meet with Sergeant Radcliff
Search for military projects in the Research Wing
Search a terminal about the Brain Replacement Procedure

Duty Calls: Find a suitable brain in the Facilities Wing
The RobCo Research Center team working on the experimental turrets used in Vault 79 got their brains put in storage before the war. We should find one of those brains to get the partly assembled Robobrain we found up and running.

Duty Calls: Prep the Brain
I found the Robobrain Assembly room at RobCo Research Center. I should look for clue on how to prepare a brain, so I can make a Robobrain to create the tools I need to disable Vault 79's experimental turrets.

Duty Calls:

Find a Robobrain dome in the Facilities Wing.

I need to find a Robobrain Head Dome to put the prepared brain in. Then I can make a Robobrain to create the tools I need to disable Vault 79's experimental turrets.

Duty Calls: Add a brain to the Robobrain
I have a prepared brain and a head dome, so now Sergeant Radcliff and I can get that partly assembled Robobrain up and running.

Duty Calls: Talk to Robobrain
Doctor Dias

Duty Calls: Wait for the Robobrain to build the tools
Sergeant Radcliff and I assembled a Robobrain at Robco Research Center using the brain of someone who worked on Vault 79's experimental turrets, and now it is making tools to disable them.

Duty Calls: Pick up the tools
The tools are located on the table next to the workbench... don't over look the BLUE RobCo bag.

Duty Calls: Return to Captain Fields
Sergeant Radcliff and I assembled a Robobrain at Robco Research Center using the brain of someone who worked on Vault 79's experimental turrets, and now it is making tools to disable them.

Duty Calls: Talk to Paige

Siding with Foundation: The Settlers want me to venture into Vault 79 with them

During your last meeting with Paige, he tells you that he has had to reach out to some “Specialists” since the pit. They agreed to meet, but they want to talk to you first. Paige lets you know they are a little strange in how they contact people.
Your map will be updated to a place just north of Valley Galleria. When you get there, run down to the dock, grab the flag, and wave it like an idiot.
After you wave the flag, Colonel Sanders will spot you and tell you to make your way north to their bunker. As you make your way there, you’ll see US Army signs posted out front.
Finally, you’ll meet Oliver Fields (or Captain) where you go into dialogue about why you are there and what you need to do.
Be careful here; Colonel Sanders is a regular Ronald Ermey, and he’s quick to shoot down most of your predefined whit. It’s still funny to watch the interaction and doesn’t have any impact on your choices.
When all of the formalities are out of the way, he suggests that we all work together to find the equipment he needs to beat the turrets.
After you arrive at the research center to meet Radcliff, he’ll say “Hey you’re not dead. I owe Thompson a cold one”. Funny how the fate of Appalachia has fallen upon your shoulders, and no one seems to have any faith in you.
Radcliff tell us that we need to look for military research projects which makes him think the good stuff is in the back.
When you explore the Research Center, you’ll end up going to the research wing. There you will find a PC logged on and ready to go. In short, there’s a message that tells you all of the researchers saved their brains for research.
Radcliff will tell you that all you need to do now is find a brain for the robo-brain. Just as a heads up: the brains are located on the lower floor, and there are a couple of brains to choose from. I chose Greg’s during this playthrough as it’s the only one I haven’t chosen. Each brain has different personalities, so if you play through multiple times with different characters, pick a different one. All the outcomes will be the same, though.
