SSH or HTTPS for GitHub? [20210428183842]
Use ssh to setup git on your workstation if you trust it. Use HTTP (not HTTPS) when you want to clone a read-only repo. HTTPS almost never makes sense, it is neither secure (like ssh) nor convenient (like HTTP).
