What's going on friends?!? Sean Pierce Johnson and welcome to my channel and a very special "Stompbox Saturday" retrospective episode. In this video, I look back 20 years to my 14th birthday and my FIRST EFFECT PEDAL: the Korg AX1G Guitar Hyperformance Processor.
With the benefit of hindsight, we'll explore some of the features and quirks of this ancient multi-effect pedal. I'll show you some of my favorite presets, compare an old preset I created to a preset I created just recently, and answer one BIG question: was a pedal like this a GOOD choice as a first pedal???
