Natural Movements Pack for Genesis 9 by Mechasar is a pretty incredible plugin. This is a noob look at it out of the box and how we can use it and what it does. A good vid to see if this is for you or not. If your into details in bodies then this is an incredible one to have. A huge shout out to Leatherface654 who put me on to this one ....:)
