I am pleased to share this new video of the construction of the SAN JOAQUIN TOWER. This is an apartment project being built by our office.
On this occasion, we show how to proceed in the CONSTRUCTION OF ISOLATED PLINTHS (FOOTINGS), COLUMNS, and REINFORCED CONCRETE COLUMNS; both in the reinforcement of 14 mm rebar in the footing grid and in the reinforcement of the collar and column with 10 mm stirrups with 16 mm rods. We also show how to proceed in the layout for EXCAVATIONS of said plinths, replacement of soil under footings, casting of slabs (cleaning concrete); the layout of plumb lines for mounting the plinth and column, formwork, and subsequent casting of the footings, collars, and columns.
