What do you do? I'm a voice-over actor and voiceover artist.
What do you have to do to become a voice-over actor/actress? You have to take dubbing courses at schools or studios. Here https://goo.gl/V6zdqX you have a list of schools and studios that offer courses by city. Call and find out. Make sure the teachers are active actors or directors.
After the course, and once the school connects you with a studio, you have to do a studio interview. This means going to the studio to see how the professionals work and continue learning so that one day, maybe, they'll give you a test. It's slow and takes a long time, so be really patient and have a job or someone to support you while you do it :)
