Rapid Resolve - Add and Remove Attributes
A powerful way to apply effects that you’ve already adjusted on a clip to other clips is to add or remove those attributes. It is fast and efficient.
1. Select the clip that you’ve already worked on.
2. Edit - Copy (or Command/Control-C) (Mac/Windows)
3. Select the clip that you would like to apply the attributes to.
4. Edit - Paste Attributes (or Option/Alt-V) (Mac/Windows)
The Attributes Dialog window appears. Choose what attributes from the first clip that you would like to paste to the second clip. For Video you can paste any (or all) of the following:
Composition Mode
Rotation Angle
Yaw
Zoom
Crop
Top
Flip
Retime Process
Plugins
Opacity
Anchor Point
Scale (X, Y or both)
Left
Right
Bottom
V Flip or H Flip
Motion Estimation
Color Correction
Position
Pitch
Right
Softness
Fusion Effects
For Audio, you can paste volume (including fade handles), Fairlight FX (plugins) and EQ.
You can also paste retime effects.
To remove attributes, go to the Edit Menu - Remove Attributes. The same window appears. Choose which attributes to remove.
