Here's the main title sequence from "Five Fingers," a pretty-much-forgotten NBC-TV adventure/drama series, starring David Hedison ("Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea"), that Wikipedia says was "set in Europe during the Cold War [and] loosely based on the 1952 film "5 Fingers," starring James Mason and Danielle Darrieux."
