Easy way to remove a seized torsion rod
My 2003 Ford F150 was in need of new suspension. I replaced all of the control arms/ball joints and wheel bearings. I ran into the torsion rods being seized in to the lower control arms. Here is a quick and easy way to remove the torsion rod, since they are no longer available for purchase.
