Overhand Knot Anchor With A Sling
In this episode, Mike goes over how to setup an overhand knot anchor and goes over some of the pro's and con's of using this anchor.
There is no obvious or consistent way to know when a sling is degraded to a point of needing replacement. Always check slings before and after each use and replace as needed.
