Generally we go out and look at sky when some special sky event occurs, which are not often and most of the time we come to know after the event from next day newspapers. But there are many more this to watch in sky. Almost every day you can see something different. Among them most interesting things are manmade satellites which you can see without using any special instruments. You have to go out and carefully study the sky at dusk or dawn to see satellites. After Sunset approx. for an hour before the satellite enters into Earth's shadow and approx. one hour before Sunrise, when the satellite is out of Earth's shadow. They are not always visible. The videos will explain how to find a satellite in the sky. I will be making few more videos on how to see satellite from Earth.
• Satellites or debris which are approx 200km to 600km from Earth and has magnitude value below 2.5 can be seen with unaided eyes. There are many mobile applications. Use them to find the location and time of visible satellite.
Do you know most of these "satellites" are actually just space junk. Many of satellites are now debris or junk as they are dead or not an electronic device but the rocket part which took the satellite to its orbit ranging in size from as large as 30 feet, down to about the size of a softball
Satellite moves slowly and its visible when its reflects the Sunlight towards you. Some time you will see blinking bright light. Those are planes. Aeroplane moves faster than satellite. Actually the light from a plane is electrical light but the satellite's light is Sun's light reflected by the satellite.
