It should have been a conversion celebrating the power of the Sega Genesis. Instead, it was so stripped back that what remained was a shadow of the arcades' greatness.

3. The original Genesis game is very expensive. Loose it's $100. Complete it's over $200.
4. The Punisher was also rumored to be in development for the PSX at some point.
5. I would love to see someone take this game and make it the experience it should have been. Even a hack stripping the censorship and bringing back the deleted enemies and moves would be a massive improvement.
