How to Weld Overlapping Objects-
The weld command works with both overlapping and adjacent (non-overlapping) objects:
1- Select the Pick tool and select the first object.
2-Hold down the Shift key and select the second object.
Select Object - Shaping - Weld in the top taskbar.
When you weld objects of different colors, they take on the color of the last object you selected. For example, if you have overlapping RED and green object, selecting the RED one and then the Green one will result in the whole object turning Green. If you wanted the new object to be RED, you would select the Green circle first and then the RED one.
when you apply weld tool for two different selected object it will make a single object and transfer the property of last one selected during selection , and after you can easily modify in shape color and properties by using different tools eg ( pick tool ,Shape tool , etc).
