[Binding of Isaac: Rebirth] Get Both Items with There's Options (Glitch)
The There's Options pickup allows you to chose between one of two items that appear after defeating a boss. What should happen is that when you pick up one item the other one should disappear. I accidentally found out that if you exit the game on the same frame as picking up the item, the other item can also be collected.
Notice how I have an extra heart container after reloading the game and I'm able to collect the other item with no problem.
