Have you ever wanted to record you video game content, but never knew how? Well, this tutorial will show you just how to record your game using an Hauppauge HD-PVR. This thing is relatively cheap for what it does ($200).

1) You need a Computer with a Dual-Core CPU, 64bit at the least, in order for the Hauppauge to work.
2) In order for the software that comes packed with the HD-PVR to work, you need to have windows.
3) There is a two-second lag that will appear between your TV and your Computer.
4) You cannot save video files on the HD-PVR, you need a computer as a storage device.
5) The Hauppauge HD-PVR records in H.264 format, under MP4. This means that most basic editing programs (Like Movie Maker) won't be compatible with it.
