Installing a Roll-Up Garage Door Curtain: A Review of Installation Mistakes
If you've heard that a canopy doesn't keep out the cold, don't believe it!
When installing a roll-up curtain, the rope must be secured as close to the canopy mounting base as possible.
If increasing the distance from the rollers to the ceiling, it's better to use an iron profile rather than rebar, as suggested in the video.
For a weight at the bottom of the curtain, it's better to use a lighter structure, such as a 30x30 mm block or a 25-30 mm diameter plastic pipe.
