To have the Day 16 playable as a seed choosing level you can put the file provided here in the path Android/data/com.ea.game.pvz2_row/files/No_Backup/CDN.x.x/levels
For iOS, jailbreak then install Filza, after that, check the Application folder, tap PvZ 2, then follow files/No_Backup/CDN.x.x/levels
