Setting up Lumens CamConnect – for synchronizing the microphone array and PTZ camera
Tatyana Krivaya demonstrates how to configure Lumens CamConnect software, a free application that integrates control of a Lumens PTZ camera with Shure, Nureva, and Sennheiser microphone arrays.
By integrating with a microphone array, the PTZ camera automatically switches to the active speaker in the meeting room. This functionality significantly improves the effectiveness of video conferencing.
Supported Lumens PTZ cameras: VC-A71P, VC-TR40, VC-R30, VC-B30U.
Supported microphone arrays: Shure MXA920, Shure MXA910, Shure MXA310, Sennheiser TeamConnect 2, Nureva HDL300, and Dual HDL300.
