Microsoft unveiled Windows Copilot at its Build 2023 developer conference
This built-in tool aims to enhance productivity workflows by providing AI assistance
Similar to Bing Copilot in Microsoft Edge, Windows Copilot analyzes on-screen content and offers contextual suggestions and actions
It can be accessed via the Taskbar, moved around or docked to the screen's sides, and features a chat box for inputting commands and questions
Panos Panay, Microsoft's Chief Product Officer, stated that Windows is the first PC platform to offer centralized AI assistance

The preview version will be available in June through the Windows Insider Program, with a planned release for all users in the fall with Windows 11 23H2
