【Simmered chicken drumettes】
Ingredients
Serves 2
8 Chicken drumettes
1 clove garlic
1 clove ginger

Condiments
1/2 cup grain vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons sugar

Directions
1. Put sliced garlic, ginger, and oil in a frying pan and turn on the heat.
2. When the garlic and ginger are fragrant, sear the surface of the chicken drumettes.
3. Place the chicken drumettes and seasonings in a pot and heat over high-medium heat.
4. Once boiling, cover and simmer over low-medium heat for about 15 minutes, until the sauce is reduced to about 1/2 to 1/3 (it's a good idea to turn the chicken drumettes over occasionally while simmering).
I just simmer them in a pressure cooker!
