Homemade Chicken Pot Pie 👩🍳
💞💞💞💞💞HOW TO MAKE PIE CRUST 💞💞💞💞💞💞
3 cups of All Purpose Flour
1 cup of Shorting ( I use Crisco)
1 teaspoon salt
8-16 Tablespoon of Ice Cold Water
Whisk
This makes top & bottom Crust for 11"' pie
mix Flour & salt together then add shorting,
using the whisk, mix the flour and shorting together until you have little chunk or balls.
Then add the Ice water one Tablespoon at a time and mix together, until you have about a 4-5 in ball that is moist but not to sticky
then once you have like that, then you cut it in half. that is your top & bottom crust.
