Non automatic hand dryer with a flap
This Newlec hand dryer was recorded in Queens Arcade shopping centre, in Cardiff.(Update 16.8.24:These toilets have since permanently closed when I revisited and since then the hand dryers here were removed but this place is connected within st. davids shopping centre where there are more toilets available).
