► How to Fix Not Linked stadiums to their clubs:

Download this CPK file from this link: http://www66.zippyshare.com/v/9cwRqZi...

Then put this cpk in your download folder and update your Dpfilelist.bin using the DpFile Program ( Check my Tutorial here if you want more clear guidance to do that: http://ptepatch.blogspot.com/2015/01/... ) ...After that start the game and go to edit/Teams/local stadium....Normally you can change the local stadium,Save the changes..and after that delete the cpk (stadium.edit.cpk) from the DpFilelist.bin.. Now the changes are saved. Just don´t forget to remove the CPK after saving ok :)
